Our Home Service Program is sponsored by the NYS Elks Association and assists individuals living with disabilities with assessment of needs and the advocacy, coordination and arrangement of services. Our staff also helps individual’s access professionals in the areas of financial entitlements, housing, medical services, Medicaid entitlements and counseling.
